Back in August, the bootylicious Beyoncé announced live on stage at the MTV VMAs, that she was expecting her first child with rapper Jay-Z. She performed her hit single ‘Love on Top’ at the awards ceremony, while wearing a specially customised version of a Dolce & Gabbana purple tuxedo jacket with a white shirt and loose fitting black pants.
