4.New 2010 range of Cytronex powered bicycles – Cytronex, the British electric bicycle system manufacturer, has launched a new range of electric bikes for 2010 based on the new Cannondale Quick range of hybrid urban bikes. The Cytronex system is designed to provide the cyclist with “invisible assistance” which is to say that the company equip existing high end bikes with Cytronex power assistance which has very little visual impact on the bicycle. When the going gets tough, the rider can just press a button to receive silent thrust from the Cytronex hub motor. With the power on, hill climbing becomes as easy as cycling on the flat. When the power is off the bike rides and feels like the same bicycle before the system was fitted.
