Harry Potter stars Rupert Grint and Tom Felton turn to modelling
They’ve appeared in the biggest movie franchise in the world at the moment but they certainly haven’t let fame go to their heads. Following in their co-star Emma’s modelling footsteps, the pair, who are great friends off screen, have taken to modelling for the new Band of Outsiders Autumn/Winter 2011 collection.
It’s a rather nice change to see some actors starring in fashion campaigns and it’s even more refreshing that the photos show the guys looking relaxed and generally enjoying themselves. Shot by the designer, Scott Sternberg, the polaroid style photos have an air of geek chic about them and see the boys in a variety of normal situations, showcasing the label’s laid back looks.
Rupert, who played the lovable Ron Weasley in Harry Potter, can be seen in a variety of casual outfits, including beanie hat and sunglasses and casual jumpers, while Tom Felton, who played the notorious Draco Malfoy, showed off sophisticated shirts and trousers while sipping cocktails.
The shoot took place on August 9th at the Magic Castle in Los Angeles and personally we love the outcome. Rupert and Tom are a great fashionable partnership.
