Having already tried her hand at designing, Emma Watson certainly knows a thing or too about fashion, which is why she looked so fabulous at the recent MTV Movie Awards.

Emma has transformed herself from the young Harry Potter actress into a glamorous and sophisticated world-wide style icon. Not only has she helped to design a capsule collection for Alberta Ferretti but she has also appeared as the face of Organic label, People Tree. Earlier in the year, Emma was pictured at the ELLE Style Awards wearing a nude Hakaan cut-away dress and she was crowned ‘Style Icon’ by inspirational designer Vivienne Westwood, which she was very deserving of.

With reams of style credentials, it was no surprise that Emma stood stood out on the red carpet at this year’s MTV Movie Awards ceremony in a particularly effective, chic outfit. The British actress, who will be starring in the final film of the Harry Potter series, took to the red carpet in a gorgeous Marchesa white silk dress. The dress showed off the young stars amazing figure and included some intricate hand embroidery on the neckline and cap sleeves. There was no need for Emma to go overboard with the accessories and she cleverly stuck to some elegant tear-drop earrings and Brian Atwood ‘Maniac’ pumps.
