Kate Middleton’s Royal Fragrance
It was the wedding of the year, and most possibly the wedding of the decade, with over 2 billion people watching around the world. All eyes were on 29 year old Kate Middleton as she stepped out of the Goring Hotel, London and into her wedding car. It was the first glimpse we caught of that gorgeous dress.
Later on as she stepped out of the car at Westminster Abbey, fashion lovers from around the world gasped as it was revealed that the bride was wearing a custom made wedding dress by Sarah Burton, the new Creative Director at Alexander McQueen.
Not only did the Bride look absolutely amazing, but she paid great attention to the smaller details of her outfit and style. The new style icon borrowed the Queen’s platinum tiara to wear on top of her luscious Brunette locks, styled by James Pryce and Richard Ward.
She also wore £15,000 Robinson Pelham diamond drop earrings given to her by her mother, and the blushing Bride even did her own make-up for the big day.
Of course all of these details were spotted quickly and girls around the world are already getting their hands on replica tiaras, earrings and even Wedding dresses, but there’s one small detail that has only just been revealed as it’s not something that was spotted straight away.
It has recently been revealed that Kate Middleton was wearing a relatively unknown British fragrance as she married her Prince last week. Of course, on the day, William was the only one to get a whiff of the scent, but now girls around the country can even smell like the Princess with a spritz of White Gardenia Petals by Illuminum.
The British fragrance is described as ‘delicate and refined,’ much like the new Princess herself, with floral topnotes of Lily, a heart of White Gardenia, Muguet and Jasmine, and basenotes of Amber Wood.
As fragrant as a bouquet of white flowers, quivering in the gentle April breeze, this is a delicate and nuanced scent. The top notes of gardenia and wisps of lily dance around the heart notes of ylang ylang, muguet (Lily of the Valley) and jasmine, which bring a further trio of white flowers into play.
Amber wood underscores this light, fresh, modern bouquet, adding depth and an aroma of deep rooted tradition.
The fragrance is set to fly off shelves after being revealed as the fragrance choice of a Princess and it is available from RoullierWhite.com for £70.
