Designer Trish Summerville is behind the latest dramatic collection to launch at High-Street favourite, H&M. Inspired by David Fincher’s version of ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’, the collection consists of leather jackets and trousers, torn jeans and hoodies all in shades of black, grey and blood red. The collection is based heavily on the film’s anti-heroine, Lisbeth Salander, and will debut exclusively at the boutique Colette in Paris on November 28th. The collection will then be available from December 14th in Divided departments in around 180 H&M stores worldwide, as well as online.
Creative Director of Chanel and Fendi and all round King of luxurious fashion, Karl Lagerfeld, is setting his sights on yet another new project. ‘Karl’ is set to launch in January 2012 and it’s price tags will be worlds away from the ones on his Chanel creations.
