Gladiator Sandals – The Ultimate Festival Wear
Now that the festival season is upon is it’s time to start dressing for it. Unless you’re going to Glastonbury where it might be more appropriate the wear wellies, you’ll want something casual yet still nice, and decent enough to last summer after summer let alone one hardcore festival.
As if by magic we have found the perfect item, the gladiator sandal. The lovely people at The Art Company sent us this gorgeous pair of sandals. Made from man made suede and grain leather it will see you through a good few festivals and well to be honest every other time you want to wear them as they are just stunning.
Usually some gladiator sandals can be a bit clunky and massive but these bring out the best side of the trend whilst not being overbearing or being made from jelly or plastic! The 982 style that we have actually has a proper sole made fro 100% natural rubber, thick and sturdy so there will no misshaping going on and won’t leave you with the balls of your feet feeling like they are burning! The straps themselves are like we said suede (a must-have luxury!) and come in the colours of tan, sand and black so are perfect to compliment most summer wear. RRP £80
So what to team them up with? When you first think festival you instantly think maxi dress! They’re back with a bang and here are a couple of the best we have found. Warehouse have this stunning folk border maxi dress (£70) which really ties in with the festival theme brilliantly. Effortlessly flattering you’ll feel every inch the sun goddess wherever you are.
