We have watched Fearne Cotton grow up infront of our very eyes, from a fresh faced childrens presenter to one of the country’s hottest Radio 1 DJs, and now Fearne is fast becoming one of Britains biggest style icons and fashion designer. Last night, as the city of London quietly bubbled away with excitement for the biggest fashion event of the year, Fearne Cotton kicked things off at Victoria House with a special launch of her brand new Spring/Summer 2011 collection for Very.co.uk

Designed exclusively by Fearne herself, her fourth collection for the fashion website has a feminine and vintage air about it, with many of the designs being inspired by the 1950s and 1970s. Floaty fabrics, silhouettes and prints gracefully made their way down the run way in the presence of hourdes of fashion bloggers, Journalists and celebs such as Alesha Dixon, Reggie Yates and Craig David.

Fearne got stuck in with the rest of the models and sashayed down the runway wearing her own collection, including a printed tea dress which she teamed with cute peep toe heels and an achingly gorgeous sheer lilac backless gown. Fearne’s new collection seemed to really hit the spot with those in attendance as she recieved a standing ovation as the show drew to an end.

The collection will be available from Very.co.uk from January 1st 2011.
