Kate Moss Designs Capsule Collection for Rimmel

With all the excitement surrounding Kate Moss’ forthcoming wedding, it’s easy to forget that she is still a very busy, and rather lovely looking, business woman. And after serving as the face of beauty brand Rimmel for the past decade, Moss is finally taking on a new venture by designing a capsule range for them.

“Kate Moss Makeup Collection” for Rimmel London is said to be a multi-piece collection that is wonderfully British in both the colour palette and packaging. It includes six lipsticks that are nothing less than what you’d expect from the Queen of Cool ranging from bold orange to a ’90s inspired grey/purple shade. The cutest Union Jack eyeshadows and mascaras are also part of the range in an array of daring colours.

The packaging alone is something to perk up our moods and makeup bags alike – stylish matte black casing with Moss’ signature adorned across the side, while the Union Jack also makes for a prominent feature. Last but certainly not least is the sequined leopard print lipstick pouch that will come with your purchase! So deliciously rock’n’roll, and so very Kate Moss.

We’ve heard it’ll be around October 2011 before we can get our eager hands on the collection, but no official release date has been set yet. However, if Kate Moss and her previous capsule designs are anything to go by, they don’t tend to hang about for long… so keep your eyes and ears at the ready!
