I don’t what it is with us today.  The weather is telling us it is Spring, however it would seem we still haven’t got out of winter mode.

First it was Jessica Alba in her not-quite silk summer dress and now we have spotted our very own Alexa Chung sporting a schoolgirl-esque LBD with Peter Pan collar.  It is clear that Spring weather hasn’t reached New York for Miss Chung to show off her summer outfits.

However although we love Alexa’s long sleeved velvet dress, a lot is to be desired about her footwear.  What were you thinking Alexa?  I know she can sometimes be quirky but I am not feeling the buckle fastened shoes.
