Courteney Cox’s Style: Spotted at Scream 4 premiere wearing a Black bandage dress and Sergio Rossi heels

The premiere for the latest instalment in the Scream movie franchise took place this weekend on April 11th and the movie’s stars were out in force on the red carpet. Courtney Cox attended the premiere with her estranged ex-husband which caused a slight stir, but we’re more concerned about what she was wearing.
The A-list actress wore a sleek black bandage dress with a lace hem and high collar, teamed with black patent peep-toe heels by Sergio Rossi.
Her hair looked gorgeous and shiny as it hung straight and she kept her make up simple with pink lipstick and smoky eyes.
