Robin Hood Inspired Fashion: Buckled Boots by Roger Vivier
With Ridley Scott’s adaptation of Robin Hood released last week, the movie fashion has been as equally anticipated as the film itself. and it definitely hasn’t been a let down.

The film has put a more modern spin on the clothes of the era and the style of heroine Maid Marion has had designers everywhere anticipating the classic outfits. Creative Director Bruno Frisoni, at Roger Vivier, has created a pair of to-die-for buckled boots that Cate Blanchett, who plays Marion, wears in the film.Â
Frisoni said, ‘I wanted to create some boots that were both feminine and masculine. Sexy: seduction on a horse!†And he hasn’t failed to do so.
The only thing that could be improved on? A selection of these being released for us mere mortals to buy, but I am willing to bet that come autumn, these beauties will be all over the high street.
