Exclusive: David Beckham’s New H&M Collection!
The Autumn 2013 David Beckham H&M Collection debuts today online and in stores. StyleClone has an exclusive look at what to expect from the international star’s line…
You may have seen the David Beckham range for H&M before but get ready for an all-new, updated range specifically for Autumn 2013. Currently, David Beckham Bodywear is sold in 2800 H&M stores worldwide in 49 countries and online. H&M now has a new campaign and the line consists of a heritage sportswear feel. Think old East London.
The exciting new campaign featuring a hunky David Beckham is also focused on the long-term collaboration he has with the clothing brand. It is set in an old sports changing room and boy, does David look good in it!
The bodywear pieces are aimed to be part of a man’s essentials so comfort and style are vital factors that H&M have considered when designing the items.
“I love the heritage athletic style of the new pieces in my Bodywear collection at H&M. The vests, pyjama bottoms and raglan sleeve tops are already wardrobe favourites for me that I know I’ll wear all season long. It was great to shoot them in an old-fashioned East End changing room. It was like I had gone right back to my roots”, says David Beckham. Clearly, there’s a strong connection with the campaign and the footballer as he grew up in Leytonstone, East London.
Pieces To Look Out For!
Whether you’re buying for yourself or maybe want to treat your boyfriend, you’re bound to find something from this classic range.
This raglan long-sleeve top is perfect for a casual look and to just chill out and be comfortable. Love the grey and black combination, you can’t go wrong with this collection.
You can’t have enough pyjama bottoms. These simple, black ones will coordinate perfectly with pretty much any top.
These boxers come in a black and white waistband too, but I particularly like the metallic navy paired with the grey here. With the David Beckham lettering, be careful your man doesn’t start thinking he’s the pro himself!
This simple vest top is perfect as a pyjama top or just another basic to keep on hand. Underneath a hoodie or worn by itself, it’s classic and understated.
