Last night was the high anticipated premiere for Part 1 of Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. If, like us, you were watching the live stream of the premiere, or you were lucky enough to be in attendance, you would have spotted Emma Watson looking absolutely fantastic on the Red Carpet.

With her new pixie hair cut, Emma looks much more sophisticated and grown up, a million miles away from her geeky character, Hermione Granger.

She worked the red carpet wearing a stunning cocktail dress, made from lace and feathers, by Rafael Lopez for Atelier Mayer. She teamed the dress with black Charlotte Olympia platform heels and a Swarovski crystal poppy by Kleshna.

Talking to the Press, Emma revealed that her new look was completely her idea, “I always had my own identity. I have held on to that very strongly and refuse to be told what I should wear,” she said.
