Summer 2010 Trend: Mulberry Moccasin Ballerina Pumps
British fashion giants Mulberry have always been the name to watch when it comes to bags, then in 2008 they added footwear to their line and their shoes became almost as popular as their handbags.
After the success of the original Bayswater pumps, made with material that matched the infamous bags, Mulberry have reinvented themselves for the summer of 2010.
New designs have been added to the footwear line; Moccasin, Betty Bow and Cookie. Now I’ve never been one to venture into the footwear department when it comes to Mulberry but this new collection really does deserve a mention.
The Moccasin flats have to be my favourite; perfect for the hot weather and would look perfectly in place with any outfit this summer. And they have also designed wedge versions of the Mocassins to take the look from day into night. Even if Moccasins aren’t usually your cup of tea, these are bound to tempt even the most stubborn of shoe lovers. And you have got to be mad not be slightly drawn in by the cute photo of a dog kitted out with a pair of Mulberrys!
