Amy Winehouse has been away from the public eye for a while now and most people believed that she was working on a new album, but she has also been working on a fashion collection for Fred Perry.

The collection is inspired by Amy’s personal 1950s style and will include 17 pieces in total including skirts, polo shirts, jumper dresses and the famous Harrington jacket. All of the products will carry a specially designed logo.

This collection will be the first of four for Amy and Fred Perry. Other pieces in the collection will be a feminine fifties-style twin set, a super-short pencil skirt and a mini shirt dress inspired by fifties bowling wear, and the main colours for this collection will be Amy’s trademark black and pink.

Talking about the collection, Amy said: “I’m really excited about doing this collection with Fred Perry. We’ve been working on it for a while and it’s great to see it finally come to fruition.”

Prices will start from £22 and will range up to £100. The collection will go on sale in October.
