Kate Middleton’s Zara Tulip Dress Sells Out

Kate Middleton has become somewhat of a saviour for the British High-Street. The very moment she is pictured wearing a little High-Street number, you can pretty much guarantee that it will sell out in record time.

In the past time, she has sent sales through the roof for the likes of Reiss, LK Bennett, Warehouse and Topshop after being photographed in their clothing. Back in September, Prince William’s new wife was spotted shopping in Topshop, where she picked up a Polka Dot Pencil Skirt, £38, and a Cobalt Velvet Trim Boucle Jacket, £65.

She’s also been spotted in Reiss’ Shola Dress as well as their Nanette Dress in her official engagement photographs.

The Princess is no stranger to cheaper high-street stores as well, and was pictured on the day after her wedding, wearing a cornflower Blue Zara dress. At a recent charity event on Tuesday night, she appeared again in a high-street gem from Zara.

Kate wore the cheap and cheerful £69.99, Lace Tulip Dress, accessorized with a smart black jacket and waistbelt. Though she caused a little controversy thanks to the short length of the dress, we think she looks fab and we’re not surprised that the dress has sold out in many London stores as well as Online.

‘The Kate Effect’ has swept the nation and the general public are keen to get a tiny piece of the Princess by imitating her style.
