Romeo & Juliet Couture to release Gossip Girl inspired collection.
It’s been on the cards ever since the stylish TV series started in 2007, and now, finally, we’re all going to be able to get our hands on Gossip Girl inspired fashion to rival Blake Lively and Leighton Meester.
Fashion label, Romeo & Juliet Couture, have teamed up with Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Warner Bros. Television Group to reveal their plans for a Gossip Girl inspired collection, with prices ranging from $80 to $200. The collection will feature embellished tops, gorgeous chiffon dresses and stylish sweaters that will imitate the style of the show’s biggest characters, Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf. The brand also plans to expand the range into accessories and handbags in the near future.
You won’t have to wait long to get your hands on the collection either as it will make it’s debut on Sunday 25th September at the Coterie exhibition. It will then go on to be sold at Kitson, Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
It’s surprising that a collection hasn’t been put together before now as the show is such a big hit in the US as well as in the UK. Blake Lively and Leighton Meester’s characters are two of the most stylish girls on television and the actresses themselves are also huge style icons in the industry.
Earlier this year it was annouced that the show will return for a fifth season in the Fall.
