Highstreet retailer, H&M can tick another designer off their list when it comes to designer collaborations.  Make way H&M lovers, for none other than legendary brand, Versace!

Yes, it is true! The high end designer brand will be working with H&M to produce a collection exclusively for them. Versace’s signature look has to be leather and the collection for H&M will include just that as well other items in colour in exclusive materials.

Here’s a peak at the collection….

Mark November 17th as the date the collection will hit stores and just to add to the excitement Versace will also be designing another collection which will be available in the shops from January 19th, 2012. Donatella Versace said…

“I am thrilled to be collaborating with H&M and to have the opportunity of reaching their wide audience. The collection will be quintessential Versace, perfect for H&M and Versace fans everywhere,” says Donatella Versace.

However, it isn’t the first time H&M has collaborated with famous designers. Remember their collaboration with Jimmy Choos back in 2009? Jimmy Choo designed shoes, bags and accessories exclusively for the high street retailer. The collection was made available on November 14 2009 in around 200 stores across the world.

Lavin, one of the most influential brands of the 21st century has also been part of H&M’s designer portfolio when they designed a collection for them last year. The womenswear encapsulates breathtaking fashions in flattering cuts and eye-popping colours, while menswear includes updated classics such as day time tuxedos and jogging bottoms.

Who will be next in H&M’s collaborations? Gucci or Prada maybe? Share your thoughts with us below…
