Debenhams is a firm favourite with the people of Britain and is often the go-to destination for every shoppers needs. Not only do they supply everything you need for the home but they also have every beauty product you could imagine as well as shoes, clothing, underwear and children’s clothing. Debenhams are famous for having a huge range of different designers creating clothing for people of all shapes and sizes at reasonable prices.

One of the store’s most prestigious designers is John Rocha, whose desirable every day casual wear, evening and occasion wear is some of the most popular in the store. John Rocha moved to London in the 1970’s to study fashion and his graduate collection inspired a move to Dublin in the 1980s. John Rocha creates a relaxed and contemporary collection using a mixture of beautiful textures, luxurious materials and exquisite embellishment. We love his unique and distinctive twist for the wardrobe and the designer has even turned his hand to home and furnishings too, meaning you can add a little Rocha style to every room in your house! John Rocha’s easy approach to designer stylish is the reason he has become a staple of the Debenhams brand.

Another designer whose name consistently crops up with the Debenhams brand is Betty Jackson. Inspired by artists and painters, Betty Jackson creates excellent outfits with strong visual elements and the Debenhams Betty Jackson ‘Black’ range features choices ideal for all circumstances.

Betty Jackson has become one of Britain’s most celebrated and best loved British designers thanks to her gorgeous formal wear and lovely casual pieces. Born in Lancashire, Betty studied at the Birmingham College of Fashion under Designer Zandra Rhodes and started her own career as a fashion illustrator during her final year of college. In 1973, Betty started her professional career working with Wendy Dagworthy and later went onto work for Quorum, before setting up her own design company Betty Jackson Ltd.
