The Noughties are behind us now, and in terms of fashion, it was a dramatic year. Lady GaGa’s outrageous style choices gripped our attention and the Battle of the Outfits between Dannii and Cheryl kept us glued to The X Factor! 2009 seemed to be a lot about people taking fashion risks, and we loved it.

The people at UK Vogue seem to agree, as have revealed who they think deserves a place on their Best Dressed 2009 List, and all 20 of them are women who always look elegant and stylish but not afraid to make a statement:

Her fashion sense has now won over fashionistas in the US, thanks to her show It’s On With Alexa Chung in New York, so it’s no wonder she has been crowned Vogue’s Best Dressed.
