World renowned fashion house, Valentino, have dived into the Virtual world by launching their first ever virtual Museum.

Designer Valentino and his business partner Giancarlo Giammetti have launched upon the world, the Valentino Garavani Virtual Museum, which is a downloadable online application, giving users the opportunity to take a virtual tour through the best bits of the designer’s career. The tour showcases over 300 iconic designs as well as the designer’s inspiration behind each piece, as well as never before seen sketches and images of the finished designs being worn.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the designer’s biggest red-carpet moments and iconic advertising campaigns bulk up the virtual tour, alongside personal anecdotes from the designer himself.

Celebrations were in full swing on December 7th as the fashion house officially celebrated the launch of the virtual tour. Sarah Jessica Parker, pictured, was one of the big names that attended the celebratory event, wearing a vintage Pauline Trigere dress from Frock NYC. She accessorized the chiffon print dress with Fred Leighton jewels and pointed pumps from Manolo Blahnik.
