Kate Middleton’s Shola Dress Is Back, Renamed The Lola Dress!

Remember the camel coloured Reiss Shola dress Kate Middleton wore when meeting the Obamas a few months back? Well, you might also remember that within a matter of days of it being seen on the Duchess, the dress was sold out and again when it hit the Reiss shops this summer.
However, if you’re still looking to get your hands on one then cast your eyes on the updated version of the cream Shola dress by Reiss, The Lola dress. Lola Bandage dress features origami folding and pleating to the front, plus medium weight fabric that skims rather than clings all making Reiss Lola fantastically flattering. Ruching at the waist adds further feminine definition, as does the V neckline. The Lola zips to rear and falls to knee.
For me beige isn’t such a flattering colour on my skin tone so I was happy to see that the Lola dress comes in two gorgeous colours, steel blue and lava red. I must admit I really like the steel blue coloured dress. It can be worn to work with a plain cardigan or blazer or dressed up with chunky accessories for the evening. Also, as the autumnal weather creeps up as we wave goodbye to the summer, this colour is perfect for the change in weather.
The dress is priced the same as the previous Shola dress, I am pretty sure many of us will be flocking to get our hands on one. Good news as it is available in the UK and the US.
