Fashionista, top model and TV favourite Tyra Banks has her head back in the books.  The America’s Next Top Model host has recently revealed that she has been an elite business student at Harvard University for the past year.

Big fans of Tyra will know she left school at the age of 16 to pursue what turned out to be a highly successful and accomplished career in modelling.

“The day that I put college on hold because I got discovered to go to Paris and try this whole modelling thing was one of the most difficult decisions in my entire life”, she told Vogue’s Ella Alexander.

With entrepreneurial skills and experience in writing, acting and presenting under her designer belts, Tyra’s aim is to further her career in fashion and earn a great business head to be fully aware of the in and outs of her empire.

“I now can say what’s the net present value on that, what’s the discounted cash flows of that, and that’s because of Harvard”, Tyra explains.
