Why not try the blunt bangs look this Valentine's weekend?

Looking for that hot new hairstyle to change up your image?  Or maybe you’re seeking a new look especially for Valentine’s Day weekend?  Well take a look to the red carpet and get inspiration from the likes of Sandra Bullock, Leona Lewis and Rose Byrne.

What do all these ladies have in common you ask?  One word, hair; these three Hollywood stars have all been seen sporting new blunt bangs and I for one am a big fan.

Sandra Bullock fans will remember her premiering her look earlier this year at the Golden Globe Awards and it looks like Leona and Rose are fans of her work as well as her new hair style.

Justin Bieber’s L.A. premiere of Never say Never wasn’t the only hot topic on people’s lips after Tuesday night’s event, as Leona modelled her sleek new do, as did Rose to kick start New York Fashion Week the following day.

So whether you decide to go for a mid-length bob or long dark locks, the blunt fringe is the look of the stars at the moment.  Why not try it yourself?  It’s guaranteed to give that edgy feel to any daily or evening look.

Ewww. When I first saw Rose Byrne’s new do, I thought she looked terrible (her eyes are too gorgeous to keep hidden!), but, after seeing the horrid photos of Sandra Bullock and that other woman, Rose looks fantastic.
