Georgia May Jagger to design range of Jeans
Last year, it was announced that model Georgia May Jagger was to front the advertising campaign for Hudson Jeans and it has been so successful that Georgia will now design and front a range of jeans titled ‘Hudson by Georgia May Jagger.’
The collection will launch at Neiman Marcus in February 2011 and has been created by Georgia with help from the company’s head designer and creative director, Benjamin Taverniti. The collection will consist of five different styles of jean in a variety of washes.
Talking about the collection, Georgia said: “My collection has a whole new cut. We are using new kinds of stretch denim fabrics exclusively developed for us which make them very comfortable. All the designs have skinny leg openings and are “a mid-rise which is great for us shorter girls and also very flattering – especially for those of us with a little extra junk in the trunk!”
