Update your Wardrobe: Autumn Essentials Special

Submitted by on Tuesday, 8 October 2013 | No Comment

Those first few weeks of Autumn can be daunting in so many ways, but keep the crisp chill away with a few updates in the wardrobe department with StyleClone’s tips, so you can enjoy everything the new season has to offer while looking your best.

I absolutely love it when autumn rolls around; no more humid sweaty days feeling uncomfortable with insect bites dotted up your legs. But the best thing about autumn is all those clothes that come out from the back of your wardrobe: the cuddly jupmers, the jeans and trousers and of course the party season needs to be accompanied by the perfect dress.

We can all temporarily forget about the colds and snotty noses, the shivering at the bus stop and getting dressed and waking up every morning in darkness. We can survive the bad bits as long as we’re looking fly.

Keeping it Casual:

Considering a lot of your time will be spent under a blanket, a comfortable and casual wardrobe is definitely essential. When you’re rubbing the sleep out of your eyes after struggling to get out of your cosy bed you’ll need a low maintenance look. Invest in some leggings for comfort, but have a bit of fun with them for more of a statement look.

Snuggle up:

As the chill of winter creeps ever nearer, a good cosy jumper is definitely crucial. Whether you prefer cable knits, bright designs or a casual sweatshirt, cosy is the key.

Get your Glad Rags On:

As everybody knows, Autumn/Winter season means going to a lot of parties (relish it, it doesn’t last for long…) so every girl needs a go-to dress to feel gorgeous in and dance until the heels come off… and then some more.
