Lady Gaga Turns to Fashion Designing With Younger Sister?
It wasn’t hard to predict that this was going to happen? Rumor has it that Lady Gaga will be launching a new fashion line, Recoil with her sister Natali Germanotta, 19, who has been reported in “coming up with a slew of design options…everything will have their twist on it.”
The pair are certainly a match made in heaven. With Lady Gaga gaining credibility in the fashion world for wearing the most outrageous outfits, one being the meat dress to the VMA’s last year, she is certainly a headline puller. Ok, so the meat dress might not be to everyone’s taste, especially for all those animal lovers out there but it is fair to say that Lady Gaga isn’t scared to experiment. I am more in love with her latest looks touting the Versace ensembles…much more wearable and comfortable!
If you coin that together with the talent of her little sister, who just at the age of 19 has been named as the one to watch by Nicola Formichetti, Gaga’s stylist and designer of the relaunched Mugler brand, this is certainly a team to watch and take the fashion world by storm.
Also, giving the past record of celebrities, such as the Olsen twins or the Kardashians sisters have all managed to make a suceess of their careers with the backing on each other.
Whether it is a special bond that ties them together making their working relationship easier or because there is an element of trust compared to going into business with a stranger the sister sister collaboration certainly works. For example, although my sister and I are completely different personalities, we have grown to develop a bond that is hard to severe and one day in the future maybe I would like to go into business together with my sister.
