Faux Fur Ankle Boots £60

2009 saw the country head into recession and with it came the close of some of our favourite fashion labels. One of the biggest victims of the economic downfall was shoe giants Faith, but almost 12 months later in 2010 the range make its comeback in department store Debenhams.

Launched in 1964 by Samuel Faith and his wife, the footwear brand came into its own during the 1980s when it began to appear in selected Dorothy Perkins and Topshop stores and was renowned for bringing styles and ideas straight from the catwalk and making them accessible to the everyday public. So can we still expect this fashion-forward thinking this time round? The shoes really do speak for themselves.

The new Faith collection has jumped on the already massive ‘workmen’ boots and knee high boot trends of the season. making it the hottest brand this year. The range encompasses everything we used to love about the brand and has been tailored to meet even the most obscure personalities; from girlie lace to gothic to military to biker, all looks have been covered.

Favourites of the collection have to be the Black ‘Cristie’ Platform shoes. With primarily lace body design and silver platform and heel means you are sure to make a statement over the party season this Christmas, and even better they are currently priced at £48 down from the usual £60 in Debenhams stores nationwide for a limited time only.

Other beauties include eye-dazzline black glittery court shoes and Chocolate Faux Fur Ankle Boots, which are bang on trend on the catwalks and celebrities alike. So it really is true what they say, most things just get better with age!
