So we’ve all heard the news about Madonna and teenage daughter Lourdes joining forces to create a fab clothing line.  Well here is the latest on this story.

Taylor Momsen is set to be the fresh face for the junior collection!  Being a teenager herself, girls can relate to Taylor’s style and for that fact that she’s starred in the ever-so-glamorous series of ‘Gossip Girl’ and as the main role in 2000’s Christmas movie ‘The Grinch’.

Currently, Taylor is the face for New Look’s Spring and Summer collection but she fits so perfectly with the rock chic mini-dresses, skinny jeans and studded leather jackets that Material Girl’s style has to give.

Although there have been rumours making the rounds about some of Taylor’s provocative outfits, it seems this is all water under the bridge and it must be difficult for her to hear she wasn’t their first choice to represent the line.  Retro-style model Agyness Deyn was apparently Lourdes’ number one choice as she is inspired by her presence.

But whatever the story is behind the casting, we are excited to see some of Taylor’s work with Madonna and Lourdes.  Do you think she is right for the job?
