Carnaby Street, London. It was the heart of the swinging sixties, seeing bands such as The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Small Faces and The Beatles strutting down it’s walkway. Today it is the it place for fashion and music fusion and this year it celebrates it’s 50th birthday.

To help with the celebrations, model and celebrity Jade Jagger has designed an exclusive Carnaby Street birthday tote band with all proceeds going to the Environmental Justice Foundation.

The design and colourful print on the bag is inspired by Carnaby’s ‘Summer of Love’ and features Jade’s classic kiss icon. It is made of 100% organic cotton and features wide shoulder straps and a double internal pocket to keep your treasures safe.

Talking about her design, Jade said: “I think the environment is so important, we must protect it with everything we have as it protects us and all we do. Everyone must make a difference and take a stand and by creating projects like this it is possible to raise the awareness and funds greatly needed to protect the environment.”

The bag costs £16 and is available from EJFoundation.org
