Also with the dress giving a hint of shoulder pads it can make you look like you have broad shoulders but if worn with high heels the length of the dress will draw the attention from the shoulders to the legs that go on forever!
As spring is only just around the corner it is still season for tights! As the dress is black and white you can afford to give yourself a little bit of colour on the tights! If you are not a colour person then of course thick black tights are always the way forward.
