British Red Carpet Fashion: National Television Awards

Last night’s National Television Awards saw the best of British Television make their way up and down the red carpet in their gorgeous looking outfits, here are some of the best outfits of the night!

Despite a rumoured rivalry, Cheryl Cole and Danni Minogue appeared to be the best of friends last night and each looked equally glamorous. Cheryl showed off a sparkling Stephane Rolland gown which she teamed with matching wrist wear and clutch bag. With a bump that is barely visible, Danni Minogue was able to pull of a figure hugging monocrome prom dress with some statement red heels.

Rocking the designer label, Kara Tointon paraded down the red carpet in a stunning Alexander McQueen front panelled gown.

Tess Daly and Amanda Holden both looked stunning in white, with Amanda wearing a bridal inspired gown by Ralph & Russo which she cleverely broke up with a chunky black belt while Tess kept it simple with an RM by Roland Mouret Maestro wool crepe dress teamed with gold accessories.

Loud mouthed Big Brother presenter took a break from wearing her usual colour of black to instead wear an equally dark navy Notte by Marchesa strapless silk-chiffon gown.

Presenter Myleen Klass opted for a more colourful outfit with a bright pink Jacquard dress with gold accessories while presenter Konnie Huq decided on a Karen Millen Kaleidoscope print dress with some red peep toe heels.

It looks like the Brits got it right in the fashion stakes this year as each lady looks positively glamorous. There was a good mix of designer and high street on the red carpet last night, proving that you can indeed mix the two.
