Lady Gaga Releases Her ‘Surprisingly Normal’ Perfume, Fame
Lady Gaga is known for her provocative music and videos, so as her perfume hit the department stores across the globe a few weeks ago, will her perfume, Fame carry the same outlandish ethos, Gaga brand is portrayed to be? The perfume launched in UK on the 22nd of August and fans were expecting it to smell of blood and semen (speculation in earlier comments by Gaga suggested this), however surprisingly her perfume smells quite flowery and very normal. It includes an infusion of Atropa belladonna, Tiger Orchid, incense, apricot, saffron and is currently the second fastest selling perfume after Coco Mademoiselle.
However, being the music star she is I can’t say I was shocked when I had a first glimpse of the video. Called me prudish, however I often have to keep one eye shut when watching her music videos as they can often be quite extreme, so this video was definitely a pinch of salt compared to what we are used to.
