Kate Middleton’s Wedding may have been the most anticipated day of the year in real life, but Bella Swan’s was the most looked forward to wedding in the fictional world. Finally, fans all over the world have been given what they’ve been waiting for, a glimpse of Bella’s $35,000 Carolina Herrera Wedding dress.

It was kept closely guarded under tarpaulin, complete with security guards, while filming took place but finally Bella’s wedding dress has been seen in all it’s glory. The custom fit, crepe satin and French Chantilly lace dress covers Bella’s slender frame perfectly and comes complete with 152 studded buttons from the neckline to the hemline as well as a sheer back panel with scrolled embroidery and 17 more buttons on each sleeve.

Twilight fans around the world will now be dreaming of their own big day, with the hope that they can squeeze into something similar to Bella’s dress…and now they can. In Style Magazine revealed that replicas of Bella’s dress will be available at four of Carolina Herrera’s boutiques in New York, Los Angeles Bal Harbour, and Dallas from January 2012.

Bella’s intricate wedding dress took Herrera and her team six months to complete, and brides-to-be that are interested in a replica gown will also be given the customised treatment, unfortunately it will set them back $35,000.

If, like many, you can’t afford anywhere near that amount for a wedding dress, then much cheaper officially licensed replicas of the dress in sizes 0 to 18 and 16W to 30W are on sale for $799 from AlfredAngelo.com
