Kate Moss hits the Catwalk for Louis Vuitton at Paris Fashion Week

It wouldn’t be any type of fashion week if Kate Moss wasn’t involved somehow. Paris Fashion Week saw some of the worlds hottest designers take over the city, and it wouldn’t be complete with a flurry of celebrities and models, so it was no surprise when supermodel Kate Moss made an appearance.

Instead of perching on the front row of the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2012 catwalk show, Kate Moss was instead, strutting her stuff down the runway, showing off the designer’s latest creations.

Taking place at the Cour Carree du Louvre, the biggest name in modelling sat atop a carousel for the opening of the show before jumping off and striding around the circular runway. She worked a white floral lace dress with over the top marabou feathers, with a feminine gold headband and white heels. The outfit was a huge contrast against the black hotpants and lace up boots that she rocked in the Autumn/Winter 2011 show.

When asked about his decision to have the new Mrs Hince as part of the show, Louis Vuitton creative director, Marc Jacobs said: “She asked to be in the show and she’s a very dear friend, so I was happy to oblige.”
