Kate Middleton’s Wedding Style at Zara Philips Wedding: Get Her Look!

Submitted by on Tuesday, 2 August 2011 | No Comment

This weekend we saw the wedding of the Queen eldest grand daughter, Zara Philips.  She looked elegant and stunning in her wedding gown designed by Stewart Parvin, her grandmother’s favourite designer.

Although all eyes should have been on the bride, the press were also interested to see what Kate Middleton would be wearing to the wedding.  With the first family wedding after getting married, Kate took the important decision not to upstage the bride but still look beautifully elegant.

She wore a gold brocade Jane Troughton coat dress, which to some us may look a little familiar.  This is because the same coat dress was worn back in 2006 when she attended the wedding of her mother-in-laws daughter, Laura Parker Bowles.  She has also been seen the coat dress been worn in 2010 at a friends wedding.  However to update the look she opted to wear a oversized tilted hat by Gina Foster Millinery, which featured a large flower and bow peeking out from the upside.

As Kate Middleton got married  a few months ago we thought we would do the fashion face-off challenge to see which of the two (Zara Philips Vs Kate Middleton) came out tops as the blushing bride. Check out our poll results on Facebook.  If you otherwise, then let us know!
