Prince William and Kate Middleton to appear on the front cover of Vanity Fair magazine

Prince William and Kate Middleton are one of the most popular Royal couples of the 21st century. Their wedding on April 29th this year was watched by millions of people around the world and Kate Middleton and her family have quickly been pushed into the limelight, their every move and fashion choice noted by the press and adoring fans.

The newly wed couple are set to make a trip to America very shortly and in order to celebrate their visit, Vanity Fair magazine will reveal an insight into the couple’s new life together and will publish a never before seen image on the front cover of the issue. The photograph, taken by world-renowned photographer Mario Testino, was taken when the couple announced their engagement. It sees the pair in a close embrace, both smiling with excitement about their upcoming nuptials.

The special edition of the magazine will also include the iconic picture of Princess Diana in 1997, shot by Testino, as well as a lifting the lid on the new couples house hunting, honey-moon and every day life. They also revealed in their interview that they watched their wedding back on television days later and make a strange request of Philadelphia cream cheese and Brussel sprouts to be brought to their honeymoon suite!

The July issue of Vanity Fair will be on news-stands on June 3rd 2011.
