It’s great to hear that the fashion industry is receiving some much deserved recognition. Tamara Mellon, boss of designer shoe brand Jimmy Choo, has received recognition from the Queen with an OBE for her services to the fashion industry.

Tamara attended the occasion wearing a polka dot Dolce & Gabbana outfit complete with fedora hat and fur snood. Of course, she teamed her outfit with a pair of gorgeous black Jimmy Choos.

Talking about the recognition she received, Tamara said: “I am so thrilled to be receiving this great honour and to be recognised in this way. I am grateful to everyone at Jimmy Choo and our customers around the globe for helping make our success possible.”
