Hollywood was host to many stars a few days ago when the likes of reality TV show stars Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port attended Dior’s latest Beauty party.

Sharing their tips and expertise in the world of beauty, personalities Sharon Stone and Jessica Simpson were also on hand for some girl talk.

Sharon revealed that her mother was to thank for her early introduction to Avon skin care at a young age.  “I think really she’s probably the reason why I’m the face of Dior because I ended up having great skin in my mid life, so as a mid life representative for Dior, I have the luxury of having even more wonderful skincare products at my fingertips”, she happily revealed.

Use of black eyeliner on your lids, mascara and eye lash curlers were also big essentials on many of the girls’ necessity lists.

The private party was held in aid of Operation Smile; a children’s charity that prides itself on helping young kids with facial deformities.

And what a great way to get everyone together for such a good cause.  And with added input from the stars about their own beauty regimes, confidence and knowing how to work with what you’ve got was proved to be key.  Well done ladies.
