Fearne Cotton has always championed a quirky fashion sense with a hint of grunge, and has never been one to shy away from making a style statement. Here, as she returns to her spot starring on Celebrity Juice with friends Holly Willoughby and Keith Lemon, Fearne eschewed a prim and pretty dress for something a little different, and it sure did pay off.
Fearne looks amazing in these checked, long dungarees which elongate her frame, managing to look chic as well as edgy. She adds some ladylike glamour with a pair of black lace up high heels and black lace long sleeved top, but keeps it sexy with a flash of bra showing through (subtlety is key though). She carries with her a practical black leather bowler bag, a classic that should be in every ladies collection. She sets the whole thing off with her signature peroxide blonde hair, which she wore loose and smoothly tousled to really shine and stand out against the dark colours of her outfit.

Grab this absolute bargain of a jumpsuit/dungarees from Missguided in blue checks to match Fearne’s. As these are such a statement piece, keep the rest of your look ladylike low key with black. This lace top is from Miss Selfridge and will also save you from flashing your undies if that’s not your thing, but the lace sleeves still stand out. The bag is a leather bowler by Ted Baker and is smart and versatile enough for any occasion, and low key enough to keep the focus on the dungarees.
Although Fearne goes sans jewellery, I’ve chosen a chunky gold chain to stand out against the mass of black and really lift it. The shoes are lace up peep toe heels which look quite dramatic when worn against bare skin. If you’re brave anough, dabble in a peroxide blonde hair dye kit and your look will be complete! (Note: dramatic hair dye changes are not necessary to pull off this look, just wear with confidence!)
