It has been announced that Alexander McQueen is going global and as of tomorrow will ship to 100 countries.  As well as this, their current website is getting a revamp with a whole host of new features.  Read on…

Alexander McQueen Website

Alexander McQueen has always been a famous name in the fashion world; however one of their biggest claims to fame came when Sarah Burton from Alexander McQueen, designed the wedding dress of Kate Middleton.  Since then, the world has been encapsulated by the eclectic style, which is why it comes as no surprise that they want to expand to other regions of the globe.

Currently the designer only ships to 30 countries, however with the launch of their new look website, the expansion couldn’t have come at a better time.  Customers from Hong Kong, Japan, Canada and India can all shop online for Alexander McQueen goodies for the very first time.

As well as expanding their shipping areas, the launch of the new website will also feature new localised language versions of the website, which include French, German, Italian and Japanese.

The site’s redesign will provide a “more cohesive vision and clearer navigation” for visitors, across both the Alexander McQueen mainline and McQ diffusion brands.  As well as a chance for customers to buy from the brand, it will also include archives of catwalk stills, videos, look book imagery and advertising.

We will certainly be taking a sneaky peak at the new website tomorrow when it goes live!
