We always know that when it comes to the CFDA fashion awards were going to get some super stylish celebrities dressed in their favourite designers clothes.

Held at the Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall, the title of Menswear Designer went to Michael Bastian and the Womenswear Designer was given to Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez for Proenza Schouler.

However the show wouldn’t be the same without some star power bringing in some big celebrity names which included the likes of Jessica Alba, Naomi Watts, Kirsten Dunst and many more.

Along the line up was the controversial singer, Lady Gaga. Whether we love her or not Lady Gaga was toasted Fashion Icon of the Year, however I am sorry Miss Gaga we didn’t share the same opinion…we think fashion should be about what normal people can wear and Lady Gaga style’s is often more a showy ensemble rather than a fashionable and stylish outfit.

So without further ado, let me give you the run down of our best dressed celebrities at the CFDA…

1. Jessica Alba

Looking glowing and pregnant, Jessica Alba did the colour blocking trend by wearing a pink and purple maxi dress

2. Naomi Watts

Naomi Watts looked great in a gold shift dress, to add a bit of glitz to the summer event

3. Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr managed to pull of a black cut out floor length dress with a thigh high split with sexiness and style

4. Kirsten Dunst

Kirsten Dunst rocked the androgynous trend without going over the top

5. Ashley Green

Ashley Green gave us the thumbs up in a florescent pink mini dress which was broken up with highlights of black on the shoulder and neck.
