Infamous, shoe designer Jimmy Choo is widely known for solely providing women with beautiful shoe wear; but not for long, as the favoured icon will now be putting more of a focus on the footwear worn by all men out there.

With a strong belief that it’s as important for men as well as women to take care of how they look and what they wear on their feet, the designers Chief Creative Officer, Tamara Mellon expressed her positive visions about the new project ahead.

“My vision of the Jimmy Choo man is one who exudes confidence and style, whether he is an artist or an investment banker.  The first thing I look at on a man is his shoes”, she revealed.

The longing for a menswear Jimmy Choo line has always been an ambition of Tamara’s, with the want to see both males and females

walking the streets of every city in matching, fashionable Jimmy Choo wear.

This vision of Tamara’s is soon set to become a reality, with footwear in the form of Wellington boots, slippers and trainers, ranging from £395 to £695 hitting the shelves of every Jimmy Choo boutique this Autumn/Winter.

Here’s to a great brand being as successful with the men as it is with us shoe loving women.
