The stars were all out in the best gowns at the Cannes festival this week.  One lady which we had our eyes on as soon as she hit the red carpet at the Cannes was Cara Delevingne.

The 20 year old British supermodel has modelled for Burberry, Chanel and has featured in advertising campaigns for other brands including H&M Authentic Collection.  She has also been dubbed as the next ‘it’ girl and has been seen partying with the likes of Rhianna and Pari Hilton.

As always Cara Delevingne look amazing at the Cannes Film Festival and The Great Gatsby premiere.  Party loving trendsetter, Cara was seen wearing a vampy black lace dress with a plunging v neckline by Burberry.  To add some bling to her outfit she accessorised with some diamond jewellery.  She kept her hair natural but went for smokey eyes and red lips to complete the look.

Obviously the Burberry price tag may not be in our budget however we have managed to scour the highstreet to see if we could spot some thrifty finds for you…

How to Wear the Plunging V Neckline Trend?

1. Wear the look with posture and confidence so those that lack sexy curves, arching the back elongates the torso

2. Wear the look on a special occasion, for example party or wedding as you will get noticed but not stand out too much to make you feel self conscious

3. The V neckline trend works better with ladies with a smaller cleavage as it is more subtle and not raunchy
