US Fashion brand J.Crew coming to the UK!
Well known US fashion brand J.Crew are moving across the pond and setting up a second home here in the UK. The brand, which is well loved by the president’s wife Michelle Obama, will launch here in the Autumn, bringing their quirky tees, party wear, jewellery and Italian shoes with them.
Talking to Bloomberg TV, J.Crew’s Group Chief Mickey Drexler said: “We are an American brand, but I find most brands today are actually worldwide,’ Drexler said. ‘We just have huge demand overseas. So we’re not running. We’re walking, we’re studying right now. Obviously there is a clear demand for J.Crew in the UK, so we knew it was time that we made everything that’s featured on our website in the US available to our UK customers.”
There’s not yet any word on how much items will cost or where the first store will launch, but it’s suspected that it will be London or Birmingham.
