Street Style: Glam Grunge As Worn By Becky

I spotted the lovely Becky the other day, sporting this gorgeous ensemble of muted greys and black. I love the fact that the whole look has a grungy, rocky feel to it, yet she has accessorised with a ladylike bag and jewellery to keep the outfit feminine and fun at the same time. Grunge is big for Autumn and Winter, and is really easy to pull off as there is so much out there on the high street. Anything from scuffed, worn worker boots to dark lace and prints can toughen up any outfit. I also love the fact that she is wearing bright red nail polish with the look for a splash of colour. Red is a shade that is big for Autumn/Winter in the beauty world, along with deep plums and dark greys, so be sure to stock up!

Becky wears a gorgeous jacket by Topshop, a top from Primark, Boots by River Island and jewellery by New Look.

To recreate this look, start off with simple black leggings and a tunic top with a faded print. Add on a black cardigan and layer with a waterfall style jacket. Pile on some beaded long necklaces and team the look with some worker style lace up boots and a quilted over the shoulder bag.

This grungy, laid back look is really easy to dress up for evenings out too. Just swap the jacket for a more structured, fitted one in a similar shade, and go for a dress rather than tunic top. Team with opaque tights and heeled lace up boots for a bit of a twist, and add on some studded bangles for an extra edge.
