Despite most children not having a bank account or any income, Versace have gone ahead and opened an entire boutique for their young fashion fans.

The boutique is decked out in refreshing lilac and white shades, with super sized candy canes as decoration to give it a ‘Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory’ feel. The boutique, which takes up one floor, stocks the Young Versace line which launched last June at the Pitti Immagine Bimbo exhibition. The boutique also stocks Swarovski Crystal and Leopard Print baby bottles as well as pretty dresses and smart suits for children.

Could high fashion for children be the next big craze? A whole host of designers, including Dolce & Gabbana and Burberry, have already launched children’s ranges and the likes of Victoria Beckham and Gwen Stefani are also busy creating children’s clothing collections, meaning 2012 could see a flurry of extremely well dressed kids.

However it would appear that it isn’t Pippa’s name that has increased in popularity, according to figures, the name Kate has also risen in the most popular girls names after figures were announced by baby name site Nameberry.

Another celebrity which has also seen a rise in their name been searched for is Mila Kunis. For those of you that may not be familiar with her, she played alongside Natalie Portman in the movie Black Swan. Since her role in the film her popularity has exploded for her gorgeous dark looks and her style.

So what do you think is this fascination with parents and celebrity names. Well, one of the most important things when a baby enters the world is giving them the right name which will hopefully provide them in good standing for the future so naming their child after a celebrity who is rich, gorgeous and popular can be a good thing right? Well, many would think this is true however if you’re wanting your child to be unique then giving them a popular name like Pippa and Mila may not always be a good thing.

The news broke using the power of social media as it was announced on Twitter by Simon Oliveira, wrote: “David & Victoria Beckham are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter. Happy and healthy she arrived at 7.55am this morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and weighed 7lbs 10oz.”

The couple previously have three boys however a baby girl is definitely a welcome arrival for the Beckhams. Although Victoria would have been happy with either a boy or a girl, she did express her longing for a daughter. Back in 2005, she told the press how she wanted a girl so that she could paint her nails, putting on make-up and choosing clothes for her daughter.

Also, we are sure David Beckham and the three boys are also just as happy about the news of the new arrival. We are definitely going to be watching this space as we expect that if Victoria’s daughter acquires the same genes are her mother and father then she will be as stylish as them.

We are already seeing stylish celebrity kids blossoming due to their stylish parents. For example, take a look at ultimate style queen, Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes Leon, she is definitely taking to the fashion heights and she is helping to establish her own line of fashion clothing.

However, let’s not forget about the cute but fashionable daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Suri Cruise. At only the age of 5, Suri is always looking her best and with her gorgeous looks from her parents we expect to see more of this girl. Off the red carpet, Nicole Richie always looks great and dresses perfectly for any occasion. Even an outing with the kids, Nicole Richie manages to look casually stylish. A few days ago she was spotted at the Petco with her daughter Harlow.

She was sporting one of this season’s key trend which is the 70′s inspired look. She wore some light coloured bell bottom flares adding a vintage twist to her outfit. To compliment her look, she wore a floral kimono inspired jacket and a plain black tank top. To accessorise, Ms Richie always manages to get it right as she wore some cool platform heels under the flares, a large black hat and her trademark sunglasses.

Her daughter Harlow, looked even more adorable as she wore a light summer dress and a pink cardigan. She curly locks were tight up in a ponytail to show off her cute face.

Dame Vivienne Westwood has been on the cards to design the Royal dress for a while now, however it would appear that after a long line of questioning, she has shut up the critics by confirming that she won’t be designing the her dress and has even gone on to say that the Kate does not have the style credentials to wear her dress!

She said, “I would have loved to have dressed Kate Middleton but I have to wait until she kind of catches up a bit somewhere with style”.

Although we might read this with a shock of horror as the Dame openingly snubs the future princess, however she maybe right especially as Dame Viv is known for her eccentric and quirky designs, worn by the likes of singer Jessie J.  I just can’t see the Westwood’s style fitting in with Kate’s classical and lady like fashion.

Jennifer Lopez may have been out of our music charts recently but she’s sure keeping busy on screen as an American Idol judge, making movies and her charity work, which is now being supported by fashion label Gucci.

Yes that’s right; the star has struck up a deal with the designer that involves her and twins Emme and Max to feature in their new 2011 spring campaign. 

It seems the youngsters are starting early, with this being their first modelling job for such a renowned name in the fashion world.  Start as you mean to go on right?

The Anthony youngsters will help in advertising a new seasonal range for the Italian children’s collection, as well as helping to raise awareness and money to benefit a cause close to their mother’s heart.  Donations to both UNICEF and the Maribel Foundation, which was founded by the Latina and her sister Lynda, will benefit from the ads. 

Maribel is in fact Emme’s middle name, given to her in honour of her paternal aunt who sadly died due to a brain tumour.  Today, The Maribel Foundation is there to support those who are less fortunate to afford medical services and a generous amount given by Gucci is bound to help immensely.

Celeb mum and daughter Lourdes hit the streets of New York earlier this week, shortly after launching their new clothes line to the world.

 The line suitably entitled ‘Material Girl’, is now available to the public and seemed to be the perfect reason for this mother-daughter working duo to step out together.

And what an identical pair they make.  I’m sure you will agree when I say Madonna’s mini me looks just like she did when she first stepped on to the music scene.  Now here she is sharing her passion for fashion with her teenage lookalike.

 Amongst the excitement, Lourdes took time out to voice her thoughts on the joint project.  In short, she revealed that she loves working alongside her mum; the lady who she acknowledges as her own fashion icon.

 Admittedly Lourdes stated that things aren’t always rosy as you can imagine when family members work together.  However there aren’t any major disagreements between the pair as Lourdes reassures us; just the odd bicker over what’s cool nowadays and what crazes faded into a distant memory for very good reason.

 Here’s wishing them all the luck in their business together.

It’s no secret that young kids often want to be like their parents right?  Whether it’s walking in mum’s shoes (literally) or taking dad’s tools to mimic the actions of a macho man; we’ve all been there.

Things are no different in Hollywood or Celebland it seems.  Take a walk into mini celebville, set your eyes on Suri Cruise and you’ll definitely agree she’s a Kate in the making.

Tom and Katie’s little girl may be under the age of five but she sure knows what she wants fashion wise.  Katie was reported saying Suri was designing her own clothes from the tender age of 18 months.  Her flare for fashion didn’t stop here.  It’s believed the four year old is so into what she wears that details such as the sleeve cut are on her mind.  I doubt some grown women bear this in mind on their shopping trips.

Katie even admits she takes advise from her daughter when it comes to what she’s wearing and big decisions that have to be made about her clothing line, Holmes & Yang.

A girl who has chosen her own clothes since the time she could talk…no guesses what profession this little lady will be a dab hand at in her future.

Kids these days hey?  Arguing with their siblings, wanting the latest gadget, giving you reasons to smile: but who would have guessed having your own clothing line would be added to this list?

Certainly not me but then I don’t personally know many kids in celeb-ville.

Being a young kid in Hollywood and having your foot through the door with a celebrity status definitely has its perks as Jaden and Willow Smith are finding out.  Whilst earning a name for themselves in their own right, there are now talks of the siblings working together in the fashion business.

The kids of Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith even have Rihanna’s stylist, Mariel Haenn on board to help create the looks they love to wear, cute yet grown.  Both Jaden and Willow have been known to enjoy wearing styles that you would expect to see on people slightly older but hey, if it’s reflective of their personalities and still shows their innocence there should be no problems where this issue is concerned.

There’s no denying these two have an eye for fashion.  These rumours may just be proven to be true.  Watch this space guys!

Before earning her claim to fame, singer Alexandra Burke never experimented with her sense of style.  She would immediately go for black clothes and no accessories to compliment what she had on.

Alexandra says:  “I always say to myself that I shouldn’t be afraid of colour – especially now that the sun is out.  So I have tried to step away from black more recently.”  As a result of Cheryl’s fashion wisdom, Miss Burke has started to add lots of vibrant jewellery to her growing wardrobe collection.

“She’s been an incredible mentor to me – she’s taught me to dress for the size and body shape you have, but most importantly to feel comfortable and enjoy what you’re wearing.”

Now she shops in a variety of stores including our favourite high street chains such as Topshop – whose jeggings remain a prized possession of hers.  But Alexandra did make it clear that when she’s buying a great pair of heels, it must be designer, with Christian Louboutins and YSL at the top of her list.

Talk about ‘mix and match’!  Well I guess she has to take some perks of being a celebrity.
